Keep Your Eye on The Prize

When creating the circumstances of your life through intention, you are best served when your primary thoughts and conversations are graciously focused on the wonder and beauty of your life.

Step 1: Catch your negative thoughts.  Anything that causes you to find fault or criticism is a negative response and can prevent you from manifesting what you desire.

Think of it this way: Criticism and negative observations are like praying for it to happen! (The way in which you are habitually thinking and speaking is what has the most power.)

If you find yourself retelling events of things that you deem “unjust” or “wrong”, or pointing to the things that are not working, or always concentrating on what “needs” to be done in order for things to be tolerable or OK or optimum, this becomes your default vibrational energy. You will attrack that which you dislike much more quickly and efficiently than the things you truly want.

Step 2: Try a little experiment over the next few days. Keep a notepad or a tape recorder with you and try to record every negative thought you have throughout the day.  This includes things you find distasteful, things that remind you of something not pleasant that you experienced in the past, talking or thinking about someone who “gets” to you, the need to be right at the expense of others, etc.   If you’re honest with this assessment, you can begin to turn the tide from emitting negative energy to sending out more positive vibrations.

Life is rich with options. In choosing what is right for you, it is best to simply discard (not judge) that which does not please you. There is no reason to give power to that which does not suit you, as it might just be something placed there for someone else and not for you.  Honor other people’s choices, even if they go against what you think is “right”.  Bless that which is not meant for you, (whether you see the value in it or not) without judgment and move on to what serves you. Let’s raise the collective vibration of the planet for a more expedient move to empowerment and evolution!

Step 3: Now, use your powers of visualization to create your reality.  Imagine, as vividly as possible, what you want to have, or have happen, or show up in your experience.  Feel it, enjoy it and appreciate it as if it has already happened.  Over time you’ll find this much more rewarding than pointing out what you don’t like.
